Major General G.D Bakshi writes letter to PM Modi

22 December: Major General (Retd.) Gagandeep Bakshi asked in a letter to PM Modi to invite Indian National Army veterans for the next Republic Day Parade. He also requested that a float in memory of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Indian National Army to be part of the parade in a post which he shared on Facebook.

“I have written to Prime minister shri Modiji about getting our INA veterans on Rajpath for the Republic day parade next year. There are so few of them left. let us honour them before they pass away. I have also requested that a Float/ tabeleaux on Netaji and INA be part of RD parade. it could showcase INA planting flag on indian territory in Moirang Manipur for the first time. have also written to RM shri Manohar Parrikar. kindly lend your voice to support this most noble cause of restoring the honour of the INA.
