After spending 116 days in Jail, Nalapad Harris gets Conditional Bail from Karnataka High Court

After being jailed for more than 4 months for assaulting Vidwath in the sensational pub brawl in case in the upscale Farzi cafe in Bengaluru, Nalapad Harris, s/o Shantinagar MLA Harris has been granted bail by Justice John Michael D’Cunha from Karnataka High Court.

Justice D’Cunha is known as a ‘no – nonsense’ Judge who had earlier convicted former Chief Minister of Tamilnadu J.Jayalalitha and her close confidante VK Sasikala in the disproportionate assets case. Justice D’Cunha is presently hearing bail and criminal petitions in the Karnataka High Court.

Counsel for Nalapad Shri B.V.Acharya has given strict instructions to his clients that Nalapad or his supporters should not burst crackers or carryout a procession

The bail comes with a surety of two persons and a two lakh bond. Nalapad should also not destroy evidence during the course of the trial and cannot go out of Bengaluru during the course of the trial.
