Ajmer Dargah head Says, Those who pelt stones at security forces in Jammu and Kashmir are anti-Islamic

In strong words, the Dargah Dewan of the famed Ajmer shrine of the Sufi saint Khawaja Moinuddin Chishti condemned the incidents of stone pelting in Jammu and Kashmir and termed the stone-pelters in the state as “anti-Islamic.”In an interview, the spiritual head of Ajmer Dargah said that those who pelted stones on security forces on Wednesday on the occasion of Eid al-Adha had “brought bad name to Islam.”

Recently, the celebrations of Eid-Al-Adha was marred by violence in Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar city when stone-pelters came out on the streets and waved flags of Pakistan and dreaded terrorist group Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

A BJP activist and a policeman were shot dead by terrorists in South Kashmir on Wednesday while the Eid celebrations in Srinagar and various other places in the Valley were marred with clashes between security forces and groups of anti-social elements.
