All Eyes on Karnataka High Court as verdict on Excluding Non-Hindus from Key Posts in Karnataka Hindu Endowment Board is heard tomorrow

A petition filed by Girish Bharadwaj challenging the appointment of Non-Hindu sin Hindu Endowment Board will be heard tomorrow in Karnataka High Court.  Girish Bharadwaj is the Trustee of Bharatha Punarutthana Trust and a Hindu Activist based in Bengaluru.

Bharadwaj, had challenged the appointment of Non-Hindus in key ‘decision making’ positions that include Establishment, Accounts & Finance. Although the law clearly forbids the appointment of Non-Hindus in Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowments Board, the State Government had appointed Non-Hindus in key positions, for obvious reasons to divert funds to minority institutions for the motive of appeasement and garner their votes.

SatyaVijayi had earlier exposed the Karnataka Government using funds collected from Temples (Mujarai Department) for the renovation of Minority places of worship.

All eyes will be on Court Hall:01 tomorrow as the matter which has been heard thrice in front of Hon’ble Justice of Karnataka and notices served to concerned officials to make amends.

Speaking exclusively to SatyaVijayi, Bharadwaj said “We are confident of getting a judgement favoring Hindus”. “The Government has clearly violated laws”, he said.
