BJP Chief Amit Shah meets Baba Ramdev over party’s ‘Sampark for Samarthan’ campaign

Bharatiya Janata Party President Amit Shah met yoga guru and Patanjali founder Ramdev on Monday as part of his ‘smapark yatra’.

Speaking about the meeting, Shah said as BJP chief, he is meeting all those who helped the party win in 2014 and form government at the Centre.

“We are seeking blessings of those who were with us. We will meet one lakh people and reach at least one crore households,” he said.

BJP began its mega advertising mission “sampark for samarthan” which means approach for support on May 26, when party completed 4 years in power. In this mission, over 4,000 party leaders would get in touch with 1 lakh people; who are famous in their region; so that they can advertise BJP’s work in their region.

During this mission, BJP leaders would acquaint famous personalities with party’s work and alone Amit Shah is set to meet 50 big personalities during this mission.
