BJP MP Babul Supriyo’s House Attacked by TMC Workers

Lawlessness in the state of West Bengal continues to deteriorate as two of Trinamool Congress MPs, Tapas Pal and Sudip Bandopadhyay, have been arrested by the investigating agencies for their alleged involvement in the 15,000 Crore Rose Valley Chit fund scam.

BJP headquarters in Kolkata was earlier attacked, allegedly by members of the TMC student wing protesting the arrest of party MP Sudip Bandyopadhyay. In a way hinting that WB CM Mamata Banerjee has given her blessings to the attack on BJP office, she suggested that her government too could hit back: “If BJP has a government, so do we.”

Apart from attacking the BJP headquarters in Kolkatta, Trinamool party workers have now targeted BJP MP Babul Supriyo’s family.

In an alleged attempt to attack his family, TMC workers have gathered at Kailash Bose Street, trying to break the gate where his parents are staying. The shocking visuals below only confirm how the State Government is egging its party workers to silence the opposition.

Babul Supriyo has come out in full attack on Mamata Banerjee to provide any evidence if she feels there is any of his involvement in the Rose Valley Scam.

What is to be noted is that these arrests have been made by the CBI on instructions of the Supreme Court inspite of Mamata’s claims of political vendetta against her party by the BJP.
