The Hindu percentage in India has been constantly reducing right since the first census in 1881, during British times. . The Hindu population in divided India has already reduced from 85 % in 1951 to 79.8% in 2011. In United India the Hindu population was 79% in 1881, down to 73% at the time of Partition in 1947, and is now 66% in 2011.
The Muslim population has risen from 19% in 1881 to 24% at the time of Partition and is 32% now in United India, i.e. in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh together. . Hindus have reduced from 69% in Kerala in 1901 to 54% in 2011, a whopping 15% decline in a mere 110 years. And this is official. . It is only a matter of time before this happens all over India. Hindu religion was destroyed in West Pakistan where the Hindu population has come down from 20 % in 1947 to 1 %, also in East Pakistan where the Hindu population has come down to 8.6 % in 2011 or so from 34 % in 1901 & 29 % in 1947 and in Kashmir. . No power on earth can prevent Hindus from becoming a minority in United India by 2047, or at least 2061, partition is the only thing which prevented Hindus from becoming a minority in India. .
At the time of the first census in 1871 in United India, there was a non-Hindu majority only in the provinces of Sindh, Baluchistan, Kashmir and the North-West Frontier Province. United Bengal and United Punjab both had Muslims in minority. . Hindus incidentally have also declined from Sri Lanka- from 23.2% in 1901 to 12.6% in 2011, and in Nepal from 89.5% in 1981 to 80.62% in 2001 before marginally increasing again to 81.3% in 2011. . And yet, the sub-text of all ‘secularist’ commentary is the same, the same as it has been for the past 100 years- it is condemning the Hindu community, demonizing the Hindus, expressing concern about ‘Hindu communalism’ and condemning BJP and the Sangh Parivar whereas the Hindus are becoming a minority.
