HRD Minister Smriti Irani today called during The Newshour and expressed her gratitude for Major General (Retd) GD Bakshi.
Major General (Retd) GD Bakshi had broken down while defending HRD Ministry’s decision of hoisting the National Flag at all central universities across India.
