According To What Was Reported By The News Minute, the Hindi Channel Of NDTV may be ordered to go off-air on 9th of November by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (I&B) for its coverage on the Pathankot attacks in January this year.
According to the report inter-ministerial committee of the I&B Ministry recommended that the Hindi channel be shutdown for a day for revealing “strategically sensitive” details during its live broadcast, reports PTI.
If the I&B Ministry acts on the committee’s recommendation, it will be the first order against a broadcaster for its coverage of terrorist attacks.
Every Indian Looks Happy On This Initiative by the Government of India, but some politicians are showing their true colors like Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal who has made a shameful personal attack on PM Modi regarding this Issue:
सुन लो सारे चैनल वालों। अगर मोदी जी की आरती नहीं उतारी तो आपका चैनल भी बंद कर देंगे। https://t.co/IWqyaNSvFX
