Islamic Terror Ourfit (ISIS) had planned terror strikes in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, reports said. The IS was preparing to unleash terror by targeting leaders of the BJP , Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Hindu Help Line.
The terror outfit’s ominous plans in south India came to light when Shajahan Velluvakkandi, a native of Kannur, was arrested by Delhi Police for suspected IS links. The decision to target these leaders was taken by the IS recruits who went to Turkey under the leadersip of Shah Jahan.
During Interrogation, ISIS operative revealed that there were preparations to assassinate leaders of Hindu Help Line in Kerala including the National Joint Coordinator Adv. Pratheesh Vishwanath. The first attempt to murder Pratheesh had failed.
