Sad. Jagmohan Dalmiya ji passes away. He was a giant amongst sports administrators, a true lover of Bengal. On my way to pay my respect. RIP

The veteran cricket administrator was not been keeping well for a while and was not actively taking part in the day-to-day functioning of the Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) in India.
When Dalmiya was being hospitalised, his son Abhishek Dalmiya was reportedly by his side. Later Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) officials including former India captain and CAB joint secretary Sourav Ganguly and treasurer Biswaroop Dey rushed to the private hospital.
West Bengal sports minister Arup Biswas, too, visited the hospital.
