Kumar Vishwas launches scatching attack on Arvind Kejriwal regarding Majithia apology

Dr Kumar Vishwas who was once a close friend and ally of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, apparently launched the most scatching attack on him yet. After the news of Arvind Kejriwal’s written apology to Bikram Singh Majithia surfaced across mainstream and social media outlets, Vishwas posted a two liner on his twitter that many believe was targeted at his former best friend.

Kumar Vishwas in his tweet wrote, “ekta todne me maahir hai, khud ki jad katne me maahir hai, hum kya thooke us shaks par jo khud thook ke chatne me maahir hai” (Expert in dividing unity, expert at chopping off his own roots, why spit on the person who himself spits on others, and then takes it back.)

Earlier in the day, Akali Dal leader Bikram Singh Majithia did a press conference from where he showed the apology letter that was sent to him by Arvind Kejriwal. The AAP supremo during his campaigns before Punjab Assembly elections had raised serious allegations against Majithia , regarding the drug racket in Punjab.

In his letter Kejriwal said, he has now learnt that allegations that he made against Majithia are “unfounded” and hence apologized for them. Kejriwal also regretted the “damage caused to your esteem, the hurt caused to your family, friends, well-wishers, followers and the loss” faced by Majithia.

Reports of sore relations between Arvind Kejriwal and Kumar Vishwas were making rounds on the media outlets from a long time but the last wall of glass was broken when Vishwas openly came out against his political boss after despite heavy demands his name was not nominated for Rajyasabha from the party. Vishwas had alleged “lack of support” from the party leadership for his plans in Rajasthan. On the other hand Kejriwal camp alleged that Vishwas attempted an internal coup in the party.

After this indirect attack, tensions between Vishwas and Kejriwal camps are going to escalate within Aam Aadmi Party.
