Mulayam Yadav expels Akhilesh & Ramgopal from Samajwadi Party, Says I’ll Decide CM

Lucknow, 30 Dec: Samajwadi Party Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav while addressing media in Lucknow with his brother Shivpal Singh Yadav expelled his son and Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav and his uncle Ramgopal Yadav from the party for 6 years.

While announcing the decision, Party Supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav said “Ram Gopal Yadav suspended from the party for six years for indiscipline.” He also added ‘No one has the right to call for a national executive meet other than party Chief; by doing this you have hurt the party’s interest.”

“CM Akhilesh Yadav doesn’t understand, Ram Gopal is trying to weaken him.” Mulayam Singh Yadav added.

‘For us party is the most important and our priority is to save the party. To save the party, we have expelled both Ram Gopal and Akhilesh Yadav for six years from the party. I have worked really hard to make this party, what was their role in this? I work hard and they reap the fruits? explained the veteran leader in the press conference.

He also added that ‘We will decide who will be the next CM.” Sources suggested that Akhilesh Yadav will resign as Chief Minister.
