Pakistan furious over free Balochistan office in New Delhi

Pakistan seems to be furious over the recently inaugurated free Balochistan office in New Delhi. During a press meet at Islamabad on Thursday, Foreign Office Spokesperson Dr Muhammad Faisal urged India to restrain from interfering in Pakistan’s internal matters.

He said that opening of such an office, shows India’s nefarious designs against Pakistan. He further pointed out at several alleged statements from India, threatening Pakistan’s territorial integrity. His answers came in response to questions asked by the Pakistani media.

The foreign official further went on to bring in Kulbhushan Jadhav’s issue. He said the case of Kulbushan Yadav exposes the Indian terrorism and espionage against Pakistan.

When asked about Kulbhushan Jadhav case, he said that Pakistan’s side is very strong at ICJ because Jadhav was arrested on Pakistani soil. He is also said that a rejoinder, containing all details about the case has been submitted at ICJ.

Responding to Pakistani media’s concerns over India’s newly tested Brahamos supersonic missiles, the spokesperson said Pakistan has reiterated the need for restraint and avoidance of an arms race in the South Asian region.

He said that the buildup of conventional and unconventional weapons by India is undermining strategic stability. He, however, said Pakistan is fully prepared and ready to protect its border against any threat.
