A Srinagar-bound Air India flight made an emergency landing today at the Indira Gandhi International Airport due to an engine snag. Soon after take off, Air India-825 landed back at the Delhi airport at 10:55 am. All passengers are safe.
The AI-825 had 180 passengers on board. This isn’t the first Air India technical snag incident to be reported. On June 9, an Air India flight travelling to Jammu, had a timely escape when the tyres of the plane burst on landing at the Jammu airport.

The aircraft was bound for Srinagar and had stopped at Jammu to drop some of the passengers. Luckily, the passengers weren’t injured during the unfortunate incident.
