Student ‘from Indian Occupied Kashmir’ Asks for Help, Gets Schooled by Sushma Swaraj

Sushma Swaraj is one of the most active ministers of Narendra Modi cabinet on twitter. On several instances, she has helped pained and deserted Indians abroad to get help from Indian embassy by just a single tweet.

She has also made sure that medical visas are issued on time for the needy people so that, they get treatment from Indian Hospitals on time.

One such distressed passenger tweeted her for help to quicken his passport reissue case. He had mentioned Indian Occupied Kashmir as place of his residence.

A student from Jammu and Kashmir with “Indian occupied Kashmir” set as his Twitter location was schooled by external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj on Thursday after he asked for help from Philippines.

She bluntly replied that there is no place in earth called “Indian Occupied Kashmir” and politely asked him to update his profile with the correct location.

He then deleted the tweet and updated his location as “Jammu and Kashmir” and got immediate help.
