Where do these Journalists learn their History from?

The founder of Janta Ka Reporter, Rifait Jiwad, in a absolute display of sheer ignoramus and vitriolic mindset, made a nasty tweet which has gone viral. In this video, Desh Ratan Nigam, who is a lawyer by profession, had suggested that Taj Mahal has not been built by Shah Jahan.

Vikram Chandra, the host of the ‘The Big Fight’, who clearly seems to be lacking the ability to listen to the speak’s view, mocks him in an undertone, “How about the Jamma Masjid?”

Meenakshi Shasran (@meenakshisharan), a twitter user, decided to impart some history lessons to the likes of Rifat Jawaid and Vikram Chandra, in what can be classified as a sheer case of ignorance of Indian History.

The aforementioned funny people were in a soup when she quoted texts published by a sufi saint in 15th century and archaeological findings by the Archeological Survey of India (ASI). The sheer belligerence with which people were trying to place the matter under the rug by laughing at it was out in the open for everyone. Here is what the lady had tweeted :-

It is a known fact that most of the mosques present in India today are made on broken edifices of the erstwhile Hindu temples (Refer to Hindu Temples: What Happened to Them by Sita Ram Goel). While some people chose to ignore it in sheer obstinacy for the reasons unknown, it is to be attested that a society that doesn’t learn from history loses all it’s grandeur and essence.
